Day 4: Love is Thoughtful
When you first fell in love, being thoughtful came naturally. You spent hours dreaming of what your loved one might like, what he or she was doing, and rehearsing impressive things to say. Soon, for most couples things begin to change. Sparks of romance turn into gray embers.
When was the last time you spent a few minutes thinking about how you could better understand and demonstrate love to your spouse. What immediate need can you meet? What is the next birthday, anniversary, or event you could be planning for?
Here's the dare!
Contact your spouse sometime during the day. Have no agenda other than asking how he or she is doing ad if there is anything you can do for them that would make their day better.
